Customers choose from seven themed classes, including an Indian course on chicken curry, chickpea dish chana masala, and yogurt dip, and a vegetarian Mexican course that touches on salsa, tacos, and stuffed peppers. Demonstrations and samples illuminate the dishes as students follow along with seasonal, local ingredients. Classes take place Thursday and Friday at 6 p.m. and Saturday at 11 a.m.; see the schedule for available dates and times.
