We have a woman's only sauna time in our large sauna on Thursday evenings from 5-8pm. Our hot tub will be up and running soon and at that time we will be offering additional woman's only time/day throughout the entire facility.

Hello! Does one have to know how to swim to do a float session? Or, is it in a shallow tank, and you naturally float? Thanks! Tara

There is no swimming involved. The water is only 10 inch deep. The 20% concentrated salt water will make you virtually buoyant. You get in sit down,then lay back and relax and just let the water completely support you.
