Floating in water relieves the body of its constant battle against gravity, a natural force that should really just lighten up already. Take a load off with this Groupon.
Choose Between Two Options
- $35 for a 60-minute float session with use of the steam room, sauna, and hot tub (a $60 value)
- $42 for a 90-minute float session with use of the steam room, sauna, and hot tub (a $80 value)
During float sessions, clients lie in a 7’x4’ tank filled with 10 inches of saltwater to relax both the muscles and the mind; the sessions are said to increase users’ creativity, among other benefits. Clients can also kick back in the center’s dry-heat cedar sauna, community hot tub, and 10-person steam room, switching among them as they see fit for 60 minutes. This facility is also clothing optional, and two towels are required for the session which the clients can bring or rent.
Everett House Healing Center
Though Everett House Healing Center has changed since its inception in 1979, the center's devotion to traditional preventive healing has not. On the grounds of the multibuilding facility, holistic practitioners work alongside resident chiropractors to deliver such stress-relieving spa services as Swedish massages and organic facials. They can also shelter guests inside a Samadhi flotation tank filled with 10 inches of water and 800 pounds of epsom salt, a treatment that is said to detoxify muscles and alleviate tension while lowering the heart rates of hummingbirds who have had too much cappuccino.
Elsewhere in the facility, a cedar sauna wafts dry heat over bodies to expunge impurities from skin, and a tiled steam room's therapeutic vapors clear the respiratory system. Guest can also relax in the new salt water hot tub. The center maintains a coed, clothing-optional environment aside from limited women-only hours.

“If you are disabled, as I am, it is VERY difficult to get to the rooms where massages are done. Aside from the fact that no handicap parking is available, one must go up three count 'em three flights of stairs! Tara is a fabulous masseuse. Women only (but still clothing optional) hours for soaking pool are 1:00 - 3:00 Sundays.”
“Excellent massage, great staff and environment!”
