The similar Gentle Yoga class teaches beginners slightly more complex poses, such as basic inversions. Zen Yoga combines Buddhist practices of mindfulness with yoga postures, designed for beginner and advanced students., and the mixed levels Vinyasa Yoga class, geared toward intermediate and advanced students, combines sun salutations and core work with backbends and inversions.
