Edmond Bootcamp serves up one-hour sweat sessions throughout the week to fit nearly any schedule. At any time during the course of a month, fitness coveters can drop in on boot-camp classes, which inspire students to burn calorie after calorie with extensively trained trainers and haikus about belt notches. During each sweat-a-thon, instructors keep students on their toes by leading a hodgepodge of exercises that might include plyometrics, core workouts, strength training, and cardiovascular exercises. Sessions take place in a large, air-conditioned building that fends off both heat and tidal waves. The gym provides all necessary equipment including mats, towels, weights, and water, and staff members recommend calling ahead to reserve preferred time slots.

Edmond Bootcamp

Ryan Dobbs began resculpting bodies 11 years ago, when he first acquired his personal-trainer certification. As his career progressed, he logged more than 13,000 hours of training experience, helping hundreds of students punch through the walls barring them from their fitness goals. Eventually, with the aid of his wife Amanda, he opened Evolution Personal Training, a 10,000-square-foot private gym that he now uses to house his Edmond Bootcamp classes.

The dynamic training duo outfit their gym with constantly updated machines, kettlebells, and stability balls, replacing worn-out equipment and upgrading to equipment they've judged more effective. Every new exerciser begins with waist measurements and receives a dietary plan that limits calories and maximizes nutrition. Attendees also get Ryan and Amanda's personal numbers for 24/7 access to coaching, motivation, and counseling on how to maintain a healthy relationship with their dumbbells.

The Groupon Guide to: Dressing Up Dogs to Make Them Even Cuter

When sweater companies began making sweaters specifically for dogs, the world got a whole lot cuter. Here are some other things you can dress your dog in so that the world we live in remains on top in terms of being cute:

  • Doggy jeans
  • Regular jeans
  • Pieces of jeans attached to dog in random places with masking tape
  • Four coffee cups, one for each paw
  • Shawl that smells kind of like peas probably because it has dried pea soup on it
  • Shoebox with no top so dog can just sit in it
  • Upside-down bread-bowl hat
  • Tiny cane
  • Someone’s hospital wristband
  • Necklace of chicken bones
  • A smaller dog who can remain still for long periods of time so it can form a scarf around a bigger dog's neck
  • Just a man's belt
  • If you've read up until now, you've probably figured out the point of this piece—dogs will look cute no matter what they're wearing as long it's one of the items listed above.

How many dogs can you fit in a coffee cup?
