Optiion 1, up to 7 jknives and up to 18 with opttion 2. All depending on the sizes that you have. Sounds like option one would work for your and you could bring in 5 additional house hold lives to sharpen as well.

It says allow 5-7 days for sharpening after 12/10/12....what about before? I would be coming from out of town, and wonder if I could drop knives off on a Monday morning and pick them up before leaving town that afternoon/evening.

December is a very busy month for us. Sharpening may take a few more days to complete during this time. Ii would give the store a call before dropping your knives off for sharpening and the staff will be able to help you with your request.

All sharpening is done by hand by skilled staff. We use water stones, belts, and buffers. The finished edge is very shap indeed.
