Excel With Business

Excel With Business developed their accredited online course to teach people to hone their Microsoft Excel skills, thus bolstering their business potential. Accessible anywhere, the course is split into 32 units and spans about over 100 hours of learning materials, detailing the ins and outs of the 2003, 2007, and 2010 versions of Excel. The course may be completed in a few as 12 hours. Users work through a variety of downloadable exercises and instructional videos, learning how to sort and filter data, create graphs and charts, and customize equations to calculate the probability that your spouse is a professional spy. A final 30-minute online test calculates students’ Excel IQ and identifies specific strengths and weaknesses. If the exam is completed within the allotted time, a digital certificate is generated.

Excel With Business’s staffers offer email support, and the course is also available in Spanish. Though designed with PCs in mind, Mac users may find it helpful, and Excel With Business is currently in the midst of developing a Mac-specific version

The Groupon Guide to: Plate vs. Spoon

For years, people have gathered in public places to violently debate which product should be considered superior—plate or spoon? Here's how they match up:

Durability: Though spoon advocates argue that a metal spoon won't shatter like a plate would after being thrown off a building, plate proponents often counter with, "What if the plate were made by gluing together a bunch of spoons?"
Advantage: Plate

Ability to Be Used as a Utensil: Spoon is a clear winner in this category until you consider that a plate is just a giant spoon with no dangerously sharp handle.
Advantage: Plate

Aesthetics: It's no coincidence that a plate kind of looks like a newborn baby's beautiful face without those beady, unnerving eyes.
Advantage: Plate

Cool Factor: Kids are always saying, "There's nothing about a plate that deserves any hate."
Advantage: Plate

Flammability: Both will likely start on fire when exposed to the sun.
Advantage: Tie

Result: Though plate comes out ahead in nearly every category, the real winner here is civil discourse.

Why are spoons worthless?
