"We include all the dusting in every room and common areas, all moping and vacuuming, ceiling fans, light fixtures, kitchen, appliances, furniture, changing beds, bathrooms, showers, bath tubs, toilets, bedrooms, common areas." Many of these chores I can easily keep up with (mopping, vacuuming, changing beds, bathrooms, toilets, etc.,) so I'd really be interested in things like: cleaning baseboards, scrubbing my shower and cleaning the appliances. How would you all handle that? I live in the 85741 zip code and have a 2400 square foot home.

I sent an answer a half an hour ago, sorry that it didn't go through- 1- With Regular Cleaning, all showers are scrubbed, and the appliances are cleaned, the baseboard are cleaned. 2- With Deep Cleaning, all appliances are cleaned inside/outside and moved to the front to be able to clean under and behind, all the wood (cabinets, furniture) is washed, and the baseboards behind your furniture will be reached as possible. 3.- A 2400 sq ft house that is not on a regular schedule, and is going to be cleaned only once, would take around 5 hours. We have some Customers on the east side of Picture Rocks, on Rudasill and Van Ark area, usually the extra fee is never more than $18.00, and yes, we can use the 6 hours the same day as much as we can clean in the house and in the motor home, depending on the square footage of both. I was trying to figure out exactly what you meant in the answer to Donna regarding how much extra a Deep Clean is and more detail into what that includes. I looked at the website, but I still don't see a specific checklist for either Basic or Deep service. Do you have clients sign off on a checklist after the workers have completed it to ensure the purchased items have been completed? When Basic Cleaning, are baseboards included or dusting blinds? Is there a time limit regarding the deep clean or is it until they get it all finished? Can we pay for more workers so it can be completed faster and do we need to be home?Am I understanding it correctly that if we have a 2200 sq foot house, then for one deep clean it would be the 75.00 for the Groupon PLUS an additional 0.19 cents per each of those 2200 sq feet which is an additional 418.00? So sorry for all of the questions.

Don't worry, we'll answer all questions, we had been 11 years in business, we're more than happy to answer. 1.- Regular price for Deep Cleaning is $0.24 per square ft. 2.- I would save my coupon for a Regular Cleaning, otherwise it would apply to the Deep Cleaning in the Kitchen first, then substract the size of the Kitchen and charge the rest of what needs to be cleaned by the size. 3.- The Baseboards and the Blinds done by hand are included in the deep cleaning. 4.- The Deep Cleaning does not have a time frame to be done, in the deep cleaning you are paying by the Job, and the Price is until it is done. Until now, no complaints, all is done up to perfection, all details included. 5.- We will provide you with the list of the Basic Cleaning and the Deep Cleaning, but remember that there are not 2 houses that are the same, each one is special and different. 6.- We have 2 persons per Team, if you want more than 2, like 4 or 6, must make a special request and yes, we'll be happy to provide our services to fullfill your needs.
