I didn't find the consultant that worked with me to be very professional or represent the company well. She was semi-informed about design and aesthetics, but was personally messy, inarticulate, did not speak well and did not seem to have a lot of confidence. That personal representation informed my professional impression and I did not place a great deal of confidence in her or the business and how they would visually address my home when they were not visually or personally well represented.
