During the boot-camp classes, instructors give variety to traditional movements, in which students use their body weight as resistance, by occasionally modifying workouts with TRX suspension bands or other equipment. In any given class, students might wail on kickboxing bags, lift free weights, or work against resistance bands.
Classes meet Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 6 a.m., 8:30 a.m., 9:30 a.m., and 6 p.m.; Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6 a.m., 8:30 a.m., and 9:30 a.m.; and Saturdays at 9 a.m.
