Choose Between Two Options

  • $25 for 10 boot-camp classes (a $150 value)

During 60-minute sessions inside a spacious facility with padded flooring, around 25 students leverage their own body weight, stretch exercise bands, and toss medicine balls to define muscles and slim down. A certified trainer motivates classes and builds camaraderie by orchestrating several partner- and team-based drills. Boot camp meets Monday through Friday at 5:30 a.m. and 6:30 a.m., as well as Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 7:30 a.m., 9:30 a.m., and 6 p.m. Classes commencing at 6 p.m. are held at the Alpha Ridge Park location. The classes sync partner work and exercises that leverage body weight and utilize fitness equipment to burn off fat and build muscle–all to the beat of invigorating songs.To keep the slimming, toning programs lively, Mac holds contests for weekly and monthly prizes to provide extra incentive for patrons to drop unwanted pounds. For a more tranquil athletic approach, the center also hosts yoga classes that help students strengthen their cores, boost their flexibility, and center their minds.
