Questions and Answers

With the $40 option, is the $125 only towards specific frames or any frames? We both have face widths outside the average and we'd like to be sure we can get frames that will work for us. I know you carry narrow ones -I've gotten Kliiks from you before! DH could use a new pair first though.

Hi, I am looking into buying the contact lens offer. Do you guys have air optix? Also, do they cost more if your prescription is worse? I have a prescription of about -9 for both eyes. How much will that cost me?

Mami K. asked 4 months, 13 days, and 22 minutes ago - 1 answer

Crystal F.

The prescription does not change the price of the lenses. The year supply of Air Optix (if it's night and day) would be $300. The voucher is then used towards that purchase.

Hi Qiang, Walk in appointments will be accommodated to the best of our ability but to guarantee a time a scheduled appointment would be the way to go! Thank you for your question

Can I purchase\use both the eye exam ($98) and the contact lens deals ($40)?

Karen P. asked 4 months, 13 days, 7 hours, and 27 minutes ago - 1 answer

Crystal F.

Hi Karen, Unfortunately only one deal can be used but if you need an updated prescription the best option would be the $98 deal. The fitting for contact lenses can be done in store at time of appointment if you like. Thank you for your question.

I find the wording of this deal a bit confusing so I have a few questions: 1) For the $40 eyeglasses deal when it says a "$40 for eyeglass package and one additional pair of glasses (up to a $558 total value)" that sounds different than the bullet points below which sounds an amount of money TOWARD a complete pair of eyeglasses. So, which is it? A complete pair, or just money toward a complete pair? And it sounds like you get a complete second pair included as well but the wording is confusing. Is that true? So do you get 2 complete pairs of glasses for $40? Does that include everything? (frames, lenses, case, taxes, or are there fees on top of the final fee) I'd like to know a total price on how much it will cost to get me glasses 2) Also is there a way to see what glasses would be included in this deal? I have a very narrow face and usually wear kids glasses - are there kids glasses included in this deal? I'm looking for plain plastic frames in a darker solid colour. 3) What happens if I buy this deal but cannot find any glasses that fit me? Can I get a refund? - Thank you for answering all of my many questions.

Hi Kathrine, The groupon is $40 and it entitles you to : $125 towards your purchase of glasses with a complimentary second pair. Both pairs of glasses includes everything, no taxes. Depending on your prescription the cost for your lenses will vary but glasses start at roughly $300. you would get the $125 off that total. We do have some children's glasses but also frames designed for narrow faces. All of the glasses available are on display in store. Feel free to pop in to either of our locations to have a look!

Thanks Crystal. I have a very very light reading glass perscription (no bifocals or anything tricky).

Does the $40 deal include the eyeglass LENSES as well, or just the frames?

I would like to get the $98 full eye exam option, but want contact lenses only. Instead of getting frames, could the $98 option be applied to contact lenses? Thanks!

The $98 package is valid towards the purchase of eye glasses only.
