Hi Pam, To print your Groupon, while signed in, place your cursor over your name at the top right of the screen and click My Groupons. (Note: If the Groupon you are trying to print was purchased as a gift, it will be under My Gifts.) Then click View Voucher to download the PDF file of the Groupon voucher to your computer. Once downloaded, you can open the file and print it like you would any document. If still does not work go ahead and contact our Customer Support team and they will be able to help you out with getting the voucher printed out. Customer Support: 1 (888) 375-5777
