A meeting on Saturday, September 21, kicks off the Skinny Jeans Challenge, covering the rules, expectations, and the contents of the program's playbook. Participants hang up a pair of their current jeans and pose for a "before" picture. Over the following eight weeks, they attend as many fitness classes as they'd like while filling out the nutrition-journal portion of their playbook. They’ll discuss these journals during weekly meetings. During these meetings, coaches will answer questions and measure each person's progress. At the end of the program, members try on their old jeans and snap "after" photographs.
Instructors lead two types of fitness lessons: Group X Fitness, a high-intensity cross-training class, and Bodiography, a mix of Pilates, yoga, and strength-building exercises. Click here for a class schedule.
