Choose Between Two Options

$28 for one mini basket of fresh, local produce (a $57.20 total value)
$55 for a package of three mini baskets of fresh, local produce (a $121.60 total value)

  • Three mini baskets (a $29.95 value each)
  • One-time membership fee (a $25 value)
  • Delivery (a $2.25 value/basket)

A bounty sized for an individual or a couple who only cooks occasionally, the mini basket overflows with a choice of fresh, locally sourced produce. The Basics baskets encompass garden staples such as carrots, potatoes, and lettuce, whereas the Standard baskets add unique veggies such as bok choy and Asian greens to traditional crops. Patrons can also opt for fruit- or veggie-only baskets and can file "never send" requests to avoid receiving foods that they do not like.

Family Farm Fresh

Under the direction of area farmer Bob McKellar, Family Farm Fresh's conglomeration of local farmers unites to dole out their fresh fruits, veggies, and herbs via a system of community-supported agriculture. This program links consumers to local farmers instead of farmers who till soil and sing lullabies to their rutabagas up to 1,500 miles away from their point of consumption. Most of Family Farm Fresh's produce travels only about 20 miles, making toxic preservatives unnecessary and channeling customers' funds back into their own community.

The flavorful cornucopias, available in one of four sizes, are deposited directly on doorsteps once a week brimming with the customer's selection of seasonal bounty. Basic baskets come with carrots, potatoes, and other traditional fruits and veggies, whereas standard baskets encompass a similar selection of the aforementioned edibles with the occasional unique item, such as daikon radishes. Patrons can also opt for fruit- or veggie-only baskets and can permanently nix items that don't suit their tastes or the color scheme of their dinner china. Other grocery items, such as range-raised eggs and local honey, are also available to augment natural smorgasbords.

The Groupon Guide to: Pranks

Television prank shows have never been more popular. Old people are pranking young people, young people are pranking young people, and middle-age life is its own kind of twisted prank. Get in on the jocular action with these fun-loving pranks:

  • Dump out the prankee's shampoo and replace it with small, round lead pellets.
  • Replace the prankee's delicious, wet-centered eggs with useless hard-boiled eggs.
  • Set free all of your prankee's horses and valuable livestock.
  • Switch the contents of your prankee's suitcase with the contents of someone else's suitcase at the airport. You've actually pranked two people, you goofy monster.
  • Switch identities with your prankee (unless they have a criminal record or bad spouse).

Is anyone pranking middle-aged people?
