LOVE it. I’m a regular. They also have this great watermelon mint ice tea in a bottle. YUM. Every dish is beyond excellent and with wine and desert, it’s the perfect destination.
This is Nashville’s classiest authentic Vietnamese restaurant! If you’re like me, you hate going to those grungy hole-in-the-wall places on Charlotte Pike with substandard service and tacky decor. I know it seems that those are the most authentic restaurants, and so those are the sacrifices one must make for quality, but that is no longer the case now that Far East Nashville has come to town! The chef and the owner were born and raised in Vietnam and the chef has a natural knack for preparing the tastiest and most authentic versions of vietnamese fare I have ever had! Everything on the menu is spectacular. Try the steak, you will be surprised—I was not expecting much from an asian restaurant and I was blown away. The Pho is by far the best I’ve tasted in town. They can substitute tofu for meat in most of the dishes and they are all cooked to order, so it is very vegetarian friendly. I can not say enough good about this restaurant, try it!!
We discovered this place two weeks ago. It is the best kept secret in Nashville. The service and food was wonderful.
