The unique difference about Faux Glow is that they personnally air brush you. You do not stand in a booth. Half body means either upper or lower half of the body. Yes, of course they air brush the guys! My husband and I went in before our vacation and we looked amazing! Our photos looked liked we sat in the sun all day! It was great.

coming from a fare skinned person, getting a natural tan can be a challenge. i once had a negative impression of spray tans until i tryed it out. everyone thought i went on vacation..it was very natural. you’ll leave faux glow looking and feeling better. this groupon is a great way for everyone to give Faux Glow a try.

If you have really sensitive skin will the faux glow irratate it. And can you put sunscreen on top of it?
A faux glow will not irritate sensitive skin. Ryan m who left a comment a few minutes ago has extremly sensitive skin and he is a regular at faux glow. You can and SHOULD wear sunscreen over the sunless tan. There is no SPF in a spray tan.

Jeani and Meg, I looked fabulous for my trip to the Turks. I highly recommend Faux Glow to anyone who wants to look healthy and fabulous. I actually just referred someone to you. Her name is Veronica. She is getting a facial right now! She wanted to go to a tanning booth and I said nooooooo, go to Faux Glow!
This is ridicolous!!!… half of my body tanned & half pale… I don’t get it. Sorry Groupon I have to pass this one. They should offer ONE groupon for the whole body.
Hey Diego, You can combine two groupons and get a full body (which is normally $90) Some people (especially girls) only want upper body because your upper body is all that shows during the winter months. Sorry if you were confused. Hope you give us a try!
Its very common to get a 1/2 body..yesterday I just had my face, neck,chest and arms sprayed because im wearing jeans and a short sleeve v-neck shirt to a birthday party tomorrow.
I love to get my 1/2 body done – (upper body) – just to get a healthy glow during this time of the year when you feel so blah! So this is the perfect prescription without a dr’s note. lol
what exactly is a 1/2 body spray tan? Sounds weird? Like, oops I forgot to get your torso!

what about tattoos? does a spray tan cover up or “mute” the colors in your tattoos at all? does it absorb through tattoos? what about scars?

Comparing Faux Glow to a tanning salon chain is like comparing Peter Lugers to McDonalds.

Hey Rachelle, It will not mute the colors in your tattoo but if it makes you feel more comfortable we can spray around the tattoo and use a sponge brush to blend. It can help with scars but it doesnt make them disappear.

I noticed a comment asking the difference between Hollywood tans and Faux Glow. As someone who has been to both ,let me tell you. When I left hollywood tans I looked like a streaked orange. When I left Faux Glow I looked like I just came back from a glorious vacation in the Dominacan Republic. Now thats the difference!!!
The full body def includes your face right? Also If I swim everyday in the pool/ocean with my tan can I expect it to last at least 5 days?
Hi brittany, if you get waist up it includes your face. You can also purchase 2 groupons and get a full body. Depending on how well you take care of the tan and the color you choose determines how long the tan will last even if you swim everyday.
there is a possibilty that swimming everyday can make the tan fade a little faster then normal

Hey Vanessa, By taking care of the tan I mean waiting 8-12 hours to shower after you get sprayed, no exfoliating while your sprayed & staying moisturized. We also have tips on how to take care of the tan on www.fauxglow.com

i bought the groupon and went today and it is AMAZING. i don’t usually do this comment thing, but the service was so good and the results are so hot that i couldn’t help myself. it looks a million times better than some spray booth. so stoked that i did this since i was definitely on the fence about it.
Are there things for men as well? Or just Tan sessions, massages, etc…. How about some paintball matches or plane tickets?

I have extremely fair skin. I’m a natural blonde and do not tan easily. A friend of mine with similar skin said she was airbrushed once and it looked great the first day, but by the third day she looked like an orange. I really really really do NOT want to be any shade of orange. Does this groupon tan turn you orange? Is there anything I should know about chosing a color that will help me avoid turning orange? Sorry, I bought two groupons for my trip to mexico coming up and now I am really scared to use them.
