But at FemmeFit, owner Jessica and her enthusiastic instructors cut out the intimidating distractions by empowering females through women-only fitness classes. Positive reinforcement and encouraging words echo throughout the studio as students of all levels slim waistlines during K.I.S.S. which stands for Kardio, Interval, Strength, and Sculpt or during high-energy Zumba sessions, which combine fun dance routines with Latin-inspired music. A combination of interval training, boxing, and Pilates moves are the basis for each Piloxing session, while Ballet Boot Camp classes focus on trimming physiques and improving balance through controlled movements and pirouettes on tight ropes strung over shark tanks.
