Choose Between Two Options

  • $65 for an introduction to bartending course for two (a $165.99 value)
  • $299 for a two-week bartending-certification course (a $599 value)

During the four-hour introduction to bartending course, students learn mixology fundamentals, including proper pouring techniques, mixing strategies, and tactics for keeping home bars stocked with standby spirits. Instructors also teach students how to make popular drinks, including martinis and elaborate shots.

During the two-week course, students learn from professional instructors and work a bar shift to test their skills before earning their bartending certification. The course also includes a tour of a local pub and 12 months of free access to the school’s jobs database.

Guest bartending shifts are offsite at various bars and pubs. Shift availability is at the discretion of the owners of the establishments and is not guaranteed.

Fine Art Bartending School

Equipped with varied experience and an in-depth knowledge of alcohol and service regulations, the instructors at Fine Art Bartending School guide their students toward mixology mastery or job placement in the bartending industry during intensive five-day courses. While many schools focus solely on the craft, Fine Art's instructors also hone customer service skills through a guest bartending program at local bars and clubs—teaching students tip-enhancing approaches and how to graciously deflect customer's attempts at Bryan Adams sing-alongs. They also hold individual classes targeted at everyday drinkers, divulging industry-style instructions for blending specific drinks, performing difficult mixes, or pouring the perfect beer.
