Choose Between Two Options

  • $29 for a fitness evaluation (a $100 value), and 6 group fitness training sessions (a $156 value; a $256 total value)
  • $45 for a fitness evaluation (a $100 value), and 12 group fitness training sessions (a $312 value; a $412 total value)

After meeting with a trainer to determine an effective regimen for meeting fitness goals, guests jump into group training sessions that focus on balance, stability, strength, and endurance exercises. The exercises in following classes build on those of the previous sessions to keep guests from stagnating.

Inside the no-nonsense gym, professional coaches construct the blueprints for fitness journeys, whether putting aspiring hockey players though through hockey training sessions or clients through comprehensive nutrition programs. The FineLine facilities allow for all kinds of fitscapades with spin bikes, heavy bags, 30 metres of artificial turf, and workstations that include a power rack, power blocks, and a Kaiser pulley system to blend free weight training with air-based resistance.
