I am hesitant to buy this Groupon as I have bought two others for duct cleaning and when I call to schedule an appointment I never hear back from the company. I then end up having Groupon refund in "Groupon bucks" but never get my actual money back. Can you give me some kind of reassurance that this will not happen? I also live in the Lakewood area, do you cover that? Thank you!

There are two special offers available. The package for $59.99 will include Unlimited Vents, One Main Duct, One Furnace, One Return, HVAC Evaluation ,Free Camera Inspection and a Free Dryer Vent Cleaning. Oppose to the package for $49.99 that will include Unlimited Vents, One Main Duct, One Furnace, One Return, HVAC Evaluation and Free Camera Inspection. Additional returns will cost anywhere between $15-$30. Depending on the size of the additional return. For a coil and blower cleaning it will be $35 for each. These are the two specials that we are currently offering.

We do not cut a holes into the furnance. The access panels are made on the main duct and return duct. These are the duct lines above the furnance.

Unfortunately we are unable to get our larger hoses to reach up that far. We also have extention cords and air lines that will not be able to reach. Carpet cleaning companies that also clean duct systems are able to clean further away systems. Im sorry
