Choose from Three Options

  • $99 for carpet cleaning for three rooms of up to 300 square feet each (a $306 value)
  • $149 for carpet cleaning for five rooms of up to 300 square feet each (a $510 value)
  • $99 for cleaning of up to 200 square feet of hardwood, marble, granite, tile and grout, or cement surfaces (a $200 value)

Carpet cleaning includes fabric protection and deodorizer. Techs use a specialized machine and cleaning pad to clean hardwood surfaces and will add sealant for an extra $0.35 per square foot. Stone, marble, granite, tile, grout, and similar surfaces will be treated with a spinning cleaning tool, which combines high pressure and hot water to achieve a deep clean. Showers, bathtub-adjacent areas, and countertops may also be treated, though these areas require grout cleaning and can result in a smaller overall area being treated.
