Fister Golf Amateur Tour Presented by Charleston Golf News

The Fister Golf Amateur Tour gives area golfers a taste of pro-style competition. Over the course of summer, players take to the greens throughout South Carolina, such as Caledonia Golf in Pawleys Island and Links at Stono Ferry in Hollywood. Following a Fed Ex Cup playoff format, they’ll earn points for participation, wins, and most memorized Caddyshack quotes. These points will then accumulate over the season, bestowing players with higher rankings and additional benefits as they enter the playoffs.

Along with the Summerville Golf League, more than 350 players have competed in the past five years.

In a Nutshell
