An experienced and certified personal trainer leads clients through fast-paced, constantly changing workouts designed to quickly burn fat and build muscle. Each class on the schedule is held indoors and incorporates games into sessions of endurance, strength, and cardio training. For best results, Fit Body Boot Camp recommends attending three to five sessions per week.
Fit Body Boot Camp
The certified personal trainers at Fit Body Boot Camp strive to motivate clients to get in the best shape of their lives while having fun. Trainers Jon Cookle and Sofia Laasiri lead members through high-intensity, always-changing workouts that incorporate nontraditional training gear. Participants break a sweat as they swing heavy ropes in between doing jumping jacks, push-ups, and sit-ups. The trainers cultivate a non-intimidating environment, motivating patrons to stay focused and to encourage one another. Further pushing patrons toward achieving healthy lifestyles, an onsite board-certified nutritionist offers nutrition tips and salubrious meal plans.
