Drawing from his experience as a former US Marine, the studio's co-founder Tony A. designed The O Course's signature boot camp, the O Course, to mimic the workouts he completed during his army days. Participants of all fitness levels can partake in the advanced workout system training at Polson Pier's The Docks, which features 20 or more obstacles and was mentioned by the Toronto Star as "Toronto’s first and only military-style obstacle training course." Each session begins with a 45-minute warm-up, followed by the one- to two-hour military-style workout.
