Fit Fresh Cuisine

For registered dietician Sarah Berndt, living well is synonymous with eating well—but she understands that's easier said than done. To simplify eating for her clients, she and the chefs at Fit Fresh Cuisine prepare both a restaurant menu and packaged meal plans that promote healthy body composition and support natural cleansing. They rely primarily on organic, seasonal ingredients from local farms to create dishes—such as high-protein banana-walnut oatmeal—that burst with color and flavor and are free of health-inhibiting substances such as hormones, antibiotics, and Dr. Jekyll’s special sauce. Sarah also extends her services to catering and a corporate-wellness program, which delivers healthy lunches to businesses so employees can fend off afternoon lulls.
