Hello Amy…I am Scott Goyette, the owner of Fitness 4 Mind and Body. I just wanted to let you know that camps typically start on the 1st of the month, but we always let clients jump in as soon as they are ready to get fit. If you are interested in starting mid-month, you would have one month of camp from the day you began.

Hello Jamie….yes the camps meet in the summer as well and there are evening hours, which are posted on the locations page of our website at www.fitness4mindandbody.com. Also, we will likely be adding more evening classes as the sun starts setting later.

I have a very limited schedule so I want to make sure the Class on Tues/Thrus nights at 6:45 at Dick Nichols Park is included.

Also, can this class be adjusted to someone who is not in good physical condition? Is it okay for someone who is just starting an exercise program?

Locations
All classes require a minimum of five people to remain active. From time to time, F4MB will add or drop camps from the schedule based on enrollment. This will never happen during the middle of a session (sessions are considered to be one month periods).

If you signed up, please email me with the park you want to workout at, when you can start. We are starting camps on the 15th of March or you can join in on the 1st of April. You are always able to wait and use your Groupon later as well.

PLEASE SEND THIS INFO…It will allow me to be sure classes are not too full and plenty of equipment is available at every location.

My daughter and I will be coming to the Old Settlers Park in Round Rock. Changed locations since it would be easier. So that is two, probably three. My son is trying to make sure he is OK with his work schedule.

Hi,

I just signed up and I’m really looking forward to getting some exercise outdoors! The Groupon promo says 3x a week but the classes are scheduled 2x a week. I can go Tues/Th in SW Austin but is there a third night too? I also wondered if I can do the class with either of the trainers who work with injuries/disabilities. I am pretty able bodied, but my spine is fused from T6 to L4 and I have titanium bars in my back so there are things that cause a lot of pain. Thanks
