Core yoga instructors strive to enhance flexibility and strength through challenging poses and the flowing movements between them, and boot-camp students combine MMA fight-training drills with circuit drills and timed challenges in varied workouts. Yoga classes take place Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8:30 p.m. and Saturdays at 10 a.m.; boot camp is held 6 p.m. on Tuesdays, 6:30 p.m. on Wednesdays, and 9 a.m. on Saturdays.

The studio’s selection of yoga mats includes the eco mat, which is made of recycled polymer with no PVC, and comes in blue, green, or pink.
