Core yoga instructors strive to enhance flexibility and strength through challenging poses and the flowing movements between them, and boot-camp students combine MMA fight-training drills with circuit drills and timed challenges in varied, intense workouts. Yoga classes take place Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8:30 p.m. and Saturdays at 10 a.m.; boot camp takes place Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 6 p.m. and Saturdays at 9 a.m.
