Each boot-camp session includes unlimited classes per week at any location plus a nutritional plan and monitoring. During each class, clients sweat through 60 minutes of circuit training that heightens cardio, resistance, and core strength. Classes meet Monday-Friday at 5 a.m., 6 a.m., and 6 p.m., Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 9:30 a.m., and Saturday at 7:30 a.m.
South Bay Boot Camp
At South Bay Boot Camp, owner Armando Gutierrez and his staff lead heart-pumping sweat sessions designed to burn fat and strengthen muscles. Exercisers meet up nearly every day of the week for an hour of cardio, strength, and core circuit training that can include anything from squat thrusts and pushups to sprints and thumb wrestling. Armando and crew also supplement workouts with nutritional plans to help clients keep weight-loss plans on track.
