Choose Between Two Options

One-hour boot-camp sessions are scheduled every Monday–Friday at 4 a.m., 5:30 a.m., 10 a.m., 5:30 p.m., and 6:30 p.m., as well as Saturday at 8 a.m. If needed, the staff will schedule additional sessions throughout the week. Sessions begin with a warm-up, then move on to cardio and resistance weight training using medicine balls, fitness equipment, and the student’s own body weight. Each class can accommodate up to 20 students, and trainers work to give them all individual attention.
Champion-level weightlifter and Fitness Results founder Lance McCullough hosts small group team training classes and personal training sessions at his multiunit facility. Guests will work out with a certified personal trainer using state of the art equipment.
