Flipping a tire end over end is both a common boot-camp exercise and a gross misunderstanding of what the wheel was meant to do. Rethink conventions with this Groupon.

Choose Between Two Options

  • $49 for one month of unlimited boot-camp classes with an initial fitness assessment (a $249 value)
  • $109 for three months of unlimited boot-camp classes with an initial fitness assessment (a $647 value)

Instructors lead patrons in energetic and empowering 45-minute circuit-training sessions, which combine cardio interval work and muscle-building resistance-training drills using weights, medicine balls, and their own body weight. The classes, geared to fit busy schedules, target each individual's fitness needs and goals, which are evaluated prior to class in a fitness assessment. Participants boost their balance, endurance, and flexibility while burning fat and toning muscle. The fitness assessment includes a mock boot-camp class to help guests feel more comfortable at the first session.

Classes take place three times a week, and participants can sign up on a weekly basis. They're held 6 a.m. on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday; 9:15 a.m. on Monday and Thursday; 5:30 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday; and 9:15 a.m. on Saturday.

Fitness Revolution

Certified personal trainer and youth fitness specialist Marcia Sugar-Clark understands how hard it can be to balance everyday demands with maintaining a healthy lifestyle. As a working mom herself, she has had to make a concerted effort to keep fitness in her life, through running, cycling, and strength training. At Fitness Revolution, she helps clients of all ages and abilities make fitness a pivotal part of their lives, tailoring her programs to meet each individual's specific needs and personal goals. Whether her clients participate in private, semiprivate, or group personal training, she works one-on-one with each person to forge an effective and safe exercise experience. Her boot-camp-style routines focus on achieving functional fitness, helping clients perform everyday tasks with more vigor and strength, such as heaving bags of groceries, scaling stairs, or outrunning the many feral packs of neighborhood dogs on their morning commutes.

The Groupon Guide to: Finding a Thing of Money

Although everyone gets out of bed each day hoping that today will be the day they finally happen upon a life-altering thing of unclaimed money, finding a thing of money actually comes with intractable legal and ethical ramifications. What steps must you take before you have legal and moral right to a found thing of money?

• Alert the police that you have found a thing of money. Give them your phone number in the event that someone reports that exact size of a thing of money missing. Do not give them your name.

• Hang fliers around the area where you found the thing of money. Fliers about a free thing of money will likely attract ne'er-do-wells, so instead, have the fliers read: “Found: an item. Could be good, could be bad. Can you prove you lost something by guessing what I have found? We shall see.”

• At the end of 30 days, if you feel fairly confident you have done everything humanly possible to find the thing of money’s original owner, go to your nearest charity. Dump half of the money into the charity’s mail slot. The remainder of the money is yours to keep, you good-hearted citizen.
