Fitness That Fits

At Fitness That Fits, a team of certified trainers versed in fitness regimens such as P90X, TRX, and kettle bells are adept at coaxing—and motivating—clients down the path to wellness. One striking thing about the gym is non-intimidating family atmosphere. The room is outfitted with gear including a fleet of indoor cycles. Small group classes give participants another way to burn calories with more than 20 fitness classes each week that include P90X, TRX, kettle bells, cardio kick boxing, varied workouts of HIIT classes, and 20/20/20, which combines indoor cycling with strength training and core exercises. Certified personal trainers are also available for customized training, and a certified health coach is on staff to help clients improve their over-all help through nutritional counseling.
