That is not a problem. We work with a lot of beginners too. It doesn’t matter if you never workout in your life. We will teach you the fundamental movement to help you get the most from your sessions.
I’m very excited! I just bought one for myself and a friend. Is it indoor or outdoor?
Hi Katie, I am glad that you signed up. It is an indoor location (but we have workouts outdoor if weather permits).

my bad…I just found it – first time to use groupon and not sure where everything is yet.
