Fitz's Classic Grill

What began as a catering company operating out of the home kitchen of Donna and Fitzroy Reid soon blossomed into the full-service restaurant Fitz's Classic Grill. To support a menu of classic casual cuisine, the kitchen shapes fresh burger patties every day and crafts the meat sauce on its pasta from scratch. The grill sears pepper steaks and applesauce-topped chops, salmon with mango salsa and jerk chicken, charring the meat to a tasty finish and arranging it on the luckiest plates in the house.
