Jeanne Barry brought a little bit of New Orleans hospitality to her North Carolina studio in the form of lagniappe, which loosely translated means a little something extra. That means that she supplements every custom-blend or European facial with an extra treat: maybe a salt hand scrub, or a sugar foot scrub, perhaps topped off with some homemade pecan pralines. Jeanne's treatments are lavish even without the bonus; her custom-blend facial includes a personalized skincare regimen complete with mask, face massage, and aromatherapy oils, whereas her back treatments come with a massage and salt glow for good measure.
