Pole- and burlesque-dancing classes fuse sultry dance moves with a conditioning workout to help women of all fitness levels lose weight and tone muscle while building their confidence. In a private studio, professional trainer and dancer Jacqueline Valdez maintains a safe, supportive environment. She takes ladies through basic pole and floor moves in the pole-dancing class, eventually building to a full routine. Alternatively, the burlesque class focuses on the tradition's more polished style, combining jazz, ballet, and modern dance. Participants should bring a yoga mat to each class and wear a tank top and shorts—burlesque classes also require a scarf or boa—and avoid wearing lotions or jewelry. Classes are performed barefoot, though students may wear heels as they progress. This Groupon is also valid for any other fitness class at Elegant Body Pilates, including Zumba, Zumba Toning, Piloxing, and Pilates.

Lastly, pole-dancing or burlesque parties host up to 12 ladies for bachelorette bashes, birthday celebrations, or a random girls' night out.
