About Food Tours of Miami

Food Tours of Miami's founder, Stephen Rosenthal, likes to surprise people. Along with his fellow guides, Mr. Rosenthal takes locals and tourists on strolls to South Beach's best eateries and hidden gems. But here's the catch: he doesn't tell groups where they're going ahead of time. Depending on the day, tours might wind up at a mom-and-pop Italian restaurant, a Cuban café, or a French bistro that only materializes in our dimension every third Saturday. Each location serves a sample of their best cuisine, which Mr. Rosenthal and his guides pair with small doses of local history. The experts share their insider perspective on the neighborhood, and they happily spout facts about South Beach's architecture and storied past.
