Board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. James Farrell firms up sagging lids, eye folds, and under-eye bags at a state-of-the-art surgical facility in Winter Park. After a preoperative examination at one of three locations, patients visit the surgical center for a one- to two-hour procedure that can be performed under local or general anesthesia (general anesthesia is not included in today's deal). Dr. Farrell makes fine incisions on the inside or outside of the upper lids, or on the area below the lower lash line. He removes excess fat and skin before closing the incisions with small sutures. Patients may experience slight bruising and swelling that, like magician houseguests, disappear in a few days.

Along with a practiced staff, Forever Trim's board-certified plastic surgeon, Dr. James Farrell, works to restore youthful appearances with a diverse menu of surgical and cosmetic procedures. Botox, Juvéderm, and various laser treatments aim to erase signs of age from the face—wrinkles, sagging, and crumbs from decade-old birthday cake—whether they're brought on by genetic or environmental factors. Premedication and local or general anesthesia coax patients into a hazy state of sensationless bliss as doctors remove excess fat and skin below the chin or jaw, smooth out forehead furrows, or evict lipids, while Zerona treatments help shed inches without surgery.

Most procedures are performed at Forever Trim’s independently certified Winter Park surgical center, though consultations, pre- or post-op exams, or spirited games of Trivial Pursuit can be conducted at locations in Longwood and Orlando.
