I had a function that I wanted to add an extra nice touch to and the Groupon offer allowed me the opportunity to try a business I had not been to before. Despite being very busy and also short staffed they put my order together and delivered on time what they said they would do.

The food is good quality but the owner was rude to me , The sandwich was supposed to have 4 ingredients and only had and and a tiny bit of the 3rd. When I asked her if it was supposed to have the spread ( that was mention and didn't have) she told me she would be with me in a minute and served the 3 customers who came in way after me. A simple verbal answer would have let her staff know what to do, but instead I had to stand there and wait while she severed and 3 others even though I was there first. For her high prices I would expect the sandwiches to have what they say they have and for better service . Just because I was using a groupon does not mean I should be ignored.
