Can you use any of the other equip mentioned in the description of the Fort Sanders Health & fitness Center while you are there? If not, can you use the facilities to get dressed and shower after your session? Or do you just show up, take the class and leave? Thanks.

Do you have to be a member of Ft. Sanders to use the voucher for these classes? I am not a member but would enjoy doing these classes to try the gym out.
