Only a quick leap from Lake Ontario, Fournos servers bellow "Opa!" as they unload Greek staples of spinach spanakopita and set ablaze crocks of saganaki cheese. Old World ambiance permeates the restaurant's dining room, rife with wood panelling and exposed rafters. Behind the red brick bar with dark carved-wood accents, bartenders pour draft beer; servers present tables with chicken and pork souvlaki, shrimp-stuffed rainbow trout, and marinated New Zealand lamb chops.
