I was very happy with Fox Valley Cleaners. Their employee was professional and represented the company well. Chris VandenPlas called before he arrived, was able to come early, thoroughly explained my options and what would be done, answered all my questions, and left business cards for me. He did an excellent job on my carpets. I have already referred Fox Valley Cleaners to my sister.
