They did a great job. There is more to cleaning the ducts than I thought. When I read "duct cleaning" I thought it meant the whole house from furnace to register, but it really only means from the register to a few feet inside the duct. Having the entire run cleaned costs extra. They were very thorough and I feel much better now that it is all done, but I had not expected all the additional charges.

They showed up on time. I really appreciated the technician thoroughly explaining the process of his jobs, the options available. Unlike most other groupon companies (service related) they are all about being fast, push to upsell and don't explain the process. The technician was honest in telling me my ducts were not even that dirty and instead recommended a premium service at no extra cost. I highly recommend them.

When they arrived, they informed me that the coupon was good for only one air conditioning unit. We have two. Nothing mentioned about that on coupon. Informed me it would be an extra $100. Everything was extra from that point. We spent over $200 additional. Did not trust them at all. Bad experience. When I wrote my check to Fresh Breeze, instructed to write a new check for el ad. Said he was a contractor. However, when I asked him for a business card, he said he was out of them. Very unprofessional. Laid the dirty vents on carpet w/o any protection from soiling our carpet. Didn't even feel comfortable having them in our house. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE OR RECCOMMEND!!!!!!!!
