The Deal

In 90-minutes students learn the basic: time-test canning techniques of putting up healthy, safe preserves, great recipes, and a range of potential canning projects using in-season produce harvested from Fresh City and other local farm fields.

Workshops are available on Sundays from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m., or on Wednesdays from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Sunday classes are held on September 15, 22, 29, and October 6.

Wednesday classes are held on September 11, 18, 22, and October 2.
