Questions and Answers
Is this for dine-in only or can you use the Groupon for take out?
Very highly rated on Yelp. Looks great.

How many people should I go with to use the $25. The prices look to low to be able to use $25 with 2 people… 3? Anyone who’s been there, can you advise?

Is there gluten or wheat or soy in the bbq sauce? What items are gluten free and can you get any gluten dairy and soy free items? Thanks!

Neal-
yes you can
Mary-
Yes they have fair prices, it’s about 8 or 9 dollars for a sandwich- so with 2 people, 2 fries, and 2 drinks you’re right around 25… or bring 3 or 4 people!
Gina-
Good questions. Let me check on that…
Thanks,
Taylor from Groupon

I see from the photos that there’s an outdoor patio. Can I bring my dogs? They love Mediterranean Cuisine. : P Also, as I commented on the other food deal, why the short expiration date? Usually they’re good for at least 6 months.

Also, it says one per order. Is there a limit to the number of groupons you can buy?

I love this restaurant, and I go there all of the time. Do it!
Anyone know the dress for this place? I assume casual, but I like to be sure.

Anthony-
It’s as casual as casual gets. It’s a fast casual restaurant, but very new and clean.
Thanks,
Taylor from Groupon
Hey, thanks Taylor. One more thing. . . when ordering a “build your own,” you choose the base (plate, sandwich, etc.), then the meat (or veggie) selection, then you can pick one item from each of the “get dressed” sections?
I’m looking at the menu (http://www.freshcutt.com/menu.php) and trying to figure it out.
Does this cover tax from the meal?
Rebecca,
From the Groupon FAQ:
“Will this include tax and tip?
No – restaurant deals never include tax and tip. And for Pete’s sake, remember to tip on the pre-Groupon price!"

Looks like a winner for our LA Foodies! I bought 3! I wanted to post some pics of their food in our event posting, but cannot because of the flash player. What would be helpful would be if they would post pics on Flickr/Photobucket or any accessible online gallery and the video on Youtube.com and then I could embed the great images into my ad. I think that would really help sell this groupon and the food here.
Taylor, the above recommendation would go for any of your businesses where groups like ours might want to go to and they have some juicy images of their food or product/service.

Here’s a phrase that might be better off to be re-worded…
…fries soaked in trans-fat–free oils…
Perhaps …fries fried/cooked in trans-fat–free oils…
Might be better received… although it’s selling good at 453 so far…

Darrell-
As always I can count on you for sage advice! I thought you might like this one because of the lack of table limit… That’s a great suggestion, I’ll start bringing that up with each person we work with… and I agree the “soaked” might sound a little weird, at least it’s trans-fat-free!
Thanks,

Taylor,
You’re welcome.
You guys need to find some GOOD/GREAT Asian restaurants for us to get our groupon.
If you could find a Korean BBQ AYCE (All You Can Eat) place that will join your program, you would not believe how many groupons you’d sell. But… that task would not be easy as the language barrier is often a problem at the authentic places. And… many of them are plenty busy and may not need any help.
Some of the good ones in LA are Suhrabal, Parks BBQ, Tahoe Galbi, Road to Seoul or even the non-AYCE places such as Soonwon, Chung Dam, Soot Bull Jeep, Sa Rit Gol, Ondal 2 etc… the list is endless

Hey Taylor, Here are a couple of questions from SIX HOURS AGO. Would you please address them?
1. Can I bring my dogs on their patio?
2. Is there a limit to the number you can buy?
3. Why the short expiration date?
T.Y.

Elyse-
1. YES
2. No
3. As you may have seen from Jenny, our expiration dates vary from 3 months to 1 year. This falls within our general guidelines. I understand your concern about the expiration, but it honestly varies based upon the desires of each business.
I hope that helps, and sorry for forgetting to answer your questions…

Vadim-
I had a sense you might like this. I hadn’t heard from you in awhile!
Taylor

Hey Taylor, Thanks for getting back to me. Personally, in looking back over the many groupons I’ve bought since joining in Oct. (including 16 different offers), not one has expired in less than six months. I think it would be a great service to those of us who are big groupon groupies to have a minimum of six months to use them, but I suppose it’s what you can negotiate. However, I bet if that were your bottom line, the businesses would comply for the chance to be featured on groupon. I bought two of these but would have bought more as I did with the 8 I bought for Panini Press to use over a six month period. Just my thoughts. Thx.
What does the “1 per order” mean? It apparently doesn’t mean only one can only buy one of these, given people above are talking about buying multiples. Can Groupon be a little clearer in these “rules” in the future? Please? Pretty please? This isn’t the first time I’ve seen limitations that were not clear in the description write-up.
I’m sure it doesn’t mean only one person can eat on the $10 for $25 groupon… right?

Hi Taylor, any news on what items are gluten free ? also if they have anything without soy dairy and gluten? Thanks!

Gina-
Sorry about the delayed response.
They have salads, meat with veggies, among other things. the nice thing about Fresh Cutt is that your order is completely customized so you control what you put into it. If you buy this and find out they have nothing for you, just contact support@groupon.com and let them know I said you should get a refund. they’d be glad to help you out, though I hope that you find something!
Thanks,
taylor from Groupon
Oh no! I meant to buy this groupon yesterday for a friend and my day got crazy and I only remembered past midnight! Did anyone buy it who doesn’t want to use it?? I will buy it off of you!! You can respond here. Hilary
how come it takes so long to process? I bought it yesterday and it says ‘still processing’….what’s up with that groupon?
Mine is also still processing. What gives?

Faye and Cynthia-
I apologize for that issue. Email support@groupon.com and they’ll handle it immediately.
Taylor from Groupon
Aha! I just got confirmation. Thanks!
I think it’s a law that there is no expiration in CA. Please update me on this.
Thanks,
JOY

Thanks Vadim!
Joy-
After the expiration the Groupon is only valid for what you paid for it (IE 10 dollars)
Thanks,
Taylor from Groupon
Have they been letting you have a gift certificate for the remainder or do you have to use the whole thing? I know the rules say you have to use the whole thing, but I’ve found taht it varies depending on the place.

Jessica-
No change given, sorry…

wow! great deal
