I just include "regular" milk as I do not have a share in Raw Milk Association of Colorado at this point so it is illegal for me to serve raw milk since we are not aging the cheese for 60 days.

NO LIMIT AT ALL! (Note it is in a wine tasting room so some people will be sampling wine.) But I have had several youngsters in the classes! (Let me know when you show up so I can put your child TO WORK!) ;)
