The cupcakes sound great-where do I find out how much they cost? I didn't see prices listed on the website.

Prices are stated right on the Groupon (or Yelp, for that matter): $2.75 per cupcake, though Frosting's are notoriously smaller than other area shops. Some people seem to think this is fine while others don't think the price is justified. I've passed by the shop frequently but never stopped in since it's entirely underwhelming opening (they had a sign out saying they'd be opening "this winter" until mid-April when they finally did, but didn't bother to put up a "Now Open!" sign until last week in advance of this past weekend's "Grand Opening Event"... a month and a half later). My wife walked in once, took a glance around and left rather unimpressed. It looks like they're getting their act together finally and with the Groupon I think I'll give them a shot.

Is this Groupon good for shipping? I don't see anything like that on the website....or maybe I just over looked it.

The cupcakes are fabulous! I have had them on several occasions when she was working out of her home. This Groupon comes at the right time I have 2 friends who have Birthdays this month and they love her cupcakes so much they actual ask for them as a gift.

I'm a major fan of Frosting! Have had the pleasure of enjoying their cupcakes before the store front came about and have "hooked" many of my friends who prefer the size (and definitely the taste) over all of the other cupcake chains. The quality and flavors are fabulous and I highly suggest taking the time to go into the store and trying before passing up the BEST cupcakes in the city!

I rec'd a cupcake from a friend who "doesn't" like cupcakes.. His loss!!! IT was great. Would love to buy 2 gifts but don't know who lucky recipients will be.How do I go about this?

hi, i am celiac and wondering how do i go about to ensure i could pick up those gluten free on my visit. do i need to call ahead and order to make sure the flavors and they are available and be able to use my two coupons i just purchased? thanks so much. geri

@Geri M.: The bake schedule is posted on the website so you can see which flavors are available each day. (frostingacupcakery.com) It looks like the gluten-free flavors are available Sunday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

was disappointed. A friend of mine and I went out to check it out and see if it would be good for a b-day party. We asked them (the workers that day) if a party could come in and use the groupon. We were told yes. I had families driving in from 30 mins to over an hr. When we arrived, the staff gave us the death-stare and made it clear we were unwelcomed. We held it outside so the kids noise and mess would not ruin the inside. We were also told that the bakery has their own parties. BUT, if you look on their site, the only parties they offer are catering at a dozen a piece. Because of various allergies, a dozen of the same for all the guest wouldn't have worked. The cupcakes taste good; they really do. But because of the service, I'm not returning.

I got a dozen cupcakes. The actual cake was wonderful. The frosting was not. Back to Red Velvet I guess!
