how many hours of sun do average fruit trees need? I'm living in Toronto, have some backyard space, but don't have a full day of sunlight. If they guarantee a healthy fruit tree, do they first come by to make sure the growing conditions are ok? thanks yves

The fruit trees are self pollinating meaning they dont need another tree for fruit to grow. In most cases these tree's need between 3-5 hours of sunlight and you do not need to water them. The watering process is completely natural. If the Tree does not happen to grow fruit for some odd reason then there is a guarantee that another will be planted, and will grow fruit 100%.

And yes the staff will come see if the land is ok for growth of the fruit tree.
