Hi Gloria! Sorry for the delay! The $12 option is valid for a punch card for five regular frozen yogurts. You can redeem this across multiple visits (i.e. get one yogurt across five separate visits). All restrictions associated with this deal appear in the Fine Print.

The $5 option will just act as a $10 credit toward the final cost of a frozen yogurt order.
